Helping is What We Do Best.
Levi Andersen
Venue Owner - Creative Lead
The night before the four-year anniversary of Levi’s 70s-themed downtown Beloit hotspot, 5BAR, former Castle owners John and Jody Wittnebel stopped by for a nightcap. In December 2023, less than two months after bonding with Andersen over their shared desire to enrich the Beloit community through the arts, the Wittnebels happily transitioned ownership over to him.
With Lady (who is arguably the most beloved corgi in Beloit by his side, this former CoffeeFest.com event coordinator, global brand Liquid Chef, touring indie bassist, cafe owner, electrician, camp counselor, ski instructor, podcaster, and multi-year worship band leader now applies his diverse background to a renewed vision for The Castle Beloit.
Levi is here to welcome you to this lovely city, help you realize your Castle event visions, and hopefully serve you something delicious from his ever-evolving cocktail menu — one of Levi’s top skills and favorite hobbies.
Andrew Benson
Concert Coordinator
Our concert coordinator, Andrew, is your go-to contact for creating concert events. A long past in planning shows & stepping on stage. Want to put together an entire show or festival? We’d be happy to adapt with you and host it here.
Community Partners & Volunteers
The Castle is comprised of many contractors, outside vendors, volunteers and part-time workers. We are very lucky to have so many community partnerships and could not run without their help. Together we can build so much more. If you would like to partner or work with us please email us at Info@TheCastleBeloit.com.
Donation Information
More than just financial, the smallest help reverberates through the whole building.
This enormous space is getting a facelift. Cleaning & restoring, not changing away from its past. As you can see in the cobalt blue to mustard mural itself, the concept was inspired by the stained glass windows. Levi & team are attempting to modernize without losing the original beauty of the space.
We are always accepting extra building materials:
Timber or swapped out fixtures
Left over paint from one of your projects
Spare screws, nuts, nails, old saws or other unused tools
We are gathering a group to build a mixed media art room
Or join us at the next 5BLOCK event, hosted at 5BAR. Where we choose 5-city blocks to clean then enjoy a free coffee together afterwards.
