Renting starting in 2025, at just $300 a month, we are looking to partner with your dream. 2026 prices will increase to $500, with all utilities / WiFi / common area cleaning included. Our goal is to build up this community & share this incredible building to our community. The green room on the right is an example of one traditional office.

Within the 29 rooms for rent we have what you’d expect in a common space. And then, we have some truly remarkable spaces as well. With 30,000 sq ft there is bound to be a few very special spots. Would you like to rent a painter’s attic, with side access to a pipe organ? Yeah, we got that too.

Take A Work Break in Our Choir Loft

Breakup your long work day with a moment in this stunning space. It’s included in your monthly rental [when not booked for an event, naturally]. Immerse yourself in history & jaw dropping architecture. Imagine taking a potential client on a tour of your new office space.

Vented Artist Rooms

In the very heart of the building we have a special room, the “War Room.” This is where we host all our leftover building materials and weatherizing systems. Utilizing the old fireplace clean-out we are able to expel odors directly outside. Imagine creating your art inside this 1906 church.

Temperature Controlled Storage

Down to simple, long-term storage for sensitive materials. You will have private access to a 10’ X 12’ room for $100 per month.
